In this section you will find information about healing through nutrition. This is a work in progress. So far I have only completed the first draft of the Nutrition Overview, My Story, and the Ray Peat Guide. Soon to follow will be some other guides and some exciting interviews with some people whose work in the field of nutrition is highly inspiring to me. What you will find is that the information in this nutrition section is, in many ways, the antithesis of much of the super detailed, restrictive, rule-laden dietary advice of much of what passes for nutritional advice these days. Although you’ll certainly find some guidelines throughout the content in the nutrition section, the real, underlying theme is this: stop ruining your health and metabolism by following restrictive eating patterns and start restoring your health by eating adequate amounts of food with a good balance of foods including animal foods, dairy, saturated fats, and carbohydrates…including sugars.
